F598 Groovy 'M' chaise in orange/red bouclette by Pierre Paulin for Artifort, 1980

The Groovy chair, or F598, was designed in 1973 by the great French designer Pierre Paulin for the most avant-garde furniture manufacturer in the Netherlands, Artifort. Their compactness combined with great comfort and, of course, an iconic look made this chair one of the stars of the 1970s. The chair is marked with an A on the legs. Upholstered in a stunning rust orange boucle.
