Pyramid Layered Wall Lamp In Orange By Hustadt Leuchten, Germany 1960S

Pyramid layered wall lamp in orange by hustadt leuchten, germany, 1960s this striking wall lamp was produced by hustadt leuchten in germany during the 1960s. Its bold geometric design consists of several graduated, square metal plates arranged in a sculptural pyramid-like composition. The vivid orange finish gives the lamp a distinctive graphic appearance and beautifully emphasises its layered construction. The light source is positioned centrally behind the front plate, allowing the light to escape through the spaces between the different layers. This creates a warm, atmospheric glow and accentuates the lamp’s architectural depth. The original pull cord is still present, and a small discreet notch, invisible when hung, has once been made in the wall mounting to accommodate the cord. Overall in very good condition with some minor marks on the wall mount. This is a very early and rare version of hustadt’s pyramid wall lamp. Most known examples date from the 1970s, whereas this particular example was produced during the 1960s. The lamp remains in great vintage condition and is a highly decorative example of postwar german lighting design.
