Bamboo faux mirror with dark brown frame 81x63cm

Very large French mirror in faux bamboo with dark brown beech wood frame. The name says it all, fake bamboo or fake wood. Around 1900, this way of making furniture and products was very popular. Bamboo was of course an unknown product at the time, which was not found in Europe. As a result, furniture manufacturers copied it. This mirror is still in very good condition.
