The Copper Tin - Vintage mid Century Swedish Oil painting

A very elegant still life depicting berries around a copper tin with a dome shaped lid. The artist has used a soft, pastel palette to create this finely executed still life, with detailed brushwork that captures the different surfaces that he has chosen to depict. We get a real sense of the light reflecting off the smooth copper tin, as well as the deliciously smooth and soft skins of the berries that surround it.
