Handmade terracotta mug cup

Charming terracotta mug with a very beautiful enamel in mustard and caramel tones decorated with decorative patterns on the lower rim. It is a very pretty handcrafted work of throwing, modeling and enameling. I particularly like the handle with the mark of the craftsman's thumb printed on the lower part to "stick" it on the mug. But it is not signed, so it is difficult to trace its origin, my research led me to alsatian pottery for the style of the pattern, but obviously the clay used is not the same then I found a color match with the work of alain vienney, a ceramist who creates his own enamels, in his "atelier du grand large" in ponts-de-cé since the 80s, which could be confirmed by the place where I found it, a house about thirty kilometers away. But I could not acquire any certainty. This mug is in perfect condition, with no cracks, no chips, not even a chip. It measures 11 cm in height, 12 cm in width from the handle to the opposite side, and 9.5 cm in diameter at the opening.
