Vintage 1920s triptych barber mirror in gold and green faux crocodile leather - 37 x 87

Antique triptych barber's mirror in gilt brass and green imitation crocodile leather, circa 1920, in good condition. A very rare model in a gilt color; it may have been gilded with gold leaf, judging by the sheen of the silvering. The mirrors are quite worn. The middle one has a chip in the upper left corner, but although visible, the chip is on the inside. The imitation crocodile leather back is clean, although it is rather worn on the central panel. The craftsmanship is clearly early 20th century, with sturdy hinges. The clasp, feet, and chain are still in place. It can be hung or placed on a surface. Each panel measures 34 X 28 cm (37 X 28 cm including the feet), and the entire piece, when unfolded, measures 34 X 87 cm (37 X 87 cm with the feet).
