Old advertising box 1930

When I found it, I imagined it just sanded to retain its beautiful old patina surprise! It revealed very beautiful advertising decorations, and was therefore carefully stripped and protected with a colorless wax. This box created by the hoffman starch company in 1930 contained au chat starch "guaranteed pure rice" for shirts, sunday tablecloths and other sheets! Originally, this box did not have a handle, it was added by its previous owners note that I had to reinforce the bottom as a precautionary measure and that the decoration of the lid is a little faded closure and handle in brass 📐 width 40cm depth 25cm height 15cm weight 1.4kg.
