Borek Sipek 'Aga' Dining Table for Driade Aleph Italy ca. 1990

Model Aga dining table, designed by Borek Sipek ca 1990 for Scarabas and manufactured by Driade Aleph Italy. The table has a black lacquered solid wooden frame and a cheryy wood and glass top. Underneath the glass top it has 4 drawings/paintings. According to the previous owner they were already there when they bought it. Most likely Borek Sipek placed them, but I cannot prove this. Personally I do like the paintings, it gives an extra dimension to this postmodern design table. If wanted the drawings can be easily changed or removed, also it is possible to place a white cloth underneath the glass top, that was available at the time as well. The table is in excellent condtion, only minimal traces of use.
