A silver-plated metal tray from the Cunard Shipping Company. It is engraved with the company logo in the center, underlined by a ribboned torus. It rests on acanthus-leaf clasps. Marked "Friend & Co, Birmingham, hard soldered" on the reverse. Slight silver plating loss in places. Period: early 20th century. Dimensions: diameter 31 cm, height 3 cm. Good condition. Ref.
