Set of 3 dessert plates in earthenware – Strawberry design

For a resolutely retro, bucolic, and charming table, here is a lovely set of 3 antique dessert plates in majolica. These plates stand out with their beautiful relief decoration featuring indulgent strawberries and detailed foliage. The soft green, powder pink, and pastel yellow glazing adds a touch of freshness typical of yesteryear's country lunches. Although unmarked, the quality of the relief and the colour work recall the sought-after productions from the Eastern factories or Onnaing from the first half of the 20th century. A beautiful effect of crazed earthenware under the glaze attests to their authenticity and history.
