A beautiful wall-mounted candle holder for block candles. By Ernst Faxe, Denmark, 1960s. Beautiful red lava glaze and incredibly decorative. No chips, cracks or other flaws, just natural wear and tear/slight signs of use. The last photo shows two ‘light spots’ on the base of the candlestick; these are NOT chips, but areas where the glaze did not fully cover the surface during firing. It measures 18 cm in height, 12 cm in width, 11.5 cm in depth and weighs approx. 840 grams. Packed securely and sent with insurance.
