Empire/Restoration style chaise longue

Empire/Restauration style chaise longue. An elegant and well-preserved piece! What I observe: Empire or Restauration style (early 19th century, 1800-1830) Solid wood — mahogany or cherry, with a beautiful honey/mahogany patina. Headboard in console typical of the Restauration style. Front legs with volute characteristic of the period. Original or old upholstery in red with white floral patterns — very decorative. Matching bolster — cohesive set. Overall good condition of the wood, fabric acceptable but showing its age.
