Magnificent daybed or bench in solid walnut from the Empire period. Work from the early 19th century. Post with detached columns, ringed with gilded bronze, finely chiseled. Decorated with a gilded bronze medallion on each of its front posts. Accompanied by its box spring/mattress upholstered in its red silk sheet with stylized palmette and gilded crown motifs.
