Mid-Century Modern Chest of Drawers, Belgium, 1960s

This unique Mid-Century Modern chest of drawers was crafted in Belgium during the 1960s. Designed and handmade by a Belgian cabinet maker for a specific residence, it features remarkable craftsmanship with elements that match the similarly designed kitchen cabinets in the same home. Constructed with a solid wenge wood frame, the chest includes round handles and white formica-finished drawers and side panels. The top is finished with a beautiful white Carrara marble surface. This well-proportioned chest consists of four identical top drawers and one larger bottom drawer, offering both functionality and aesthetic elegance. The piece is in excellent original condition with minor signs of use and age, including small chipping on the marble slab. Measurements: 93 cm X 100 cm X 47 cm.
