Raak XXL chandelier with 16 glass balls

Rare vintage chandelier with 16 glass balls made in the netherlands by raak circa 1970 the glass balls are different, some have air bubbles, others have fewer or no air bubbles, these date from 'a later date all bulbs are intact, the black metal plate is attached to the ceiling with 4 screws, it had some scratches which have been touched up.
