Elegant shuttle-shaped basket in porcelain from Paris, with finely pierced decoration enhanced with gilding, dating from the Empire period, around 1800-1815. Its shuttle shape, particularly intricate pierced network, pedestal, and richly gilded square base correspond to the refined production of Parisian manufactories in the early 19th century. A rare piece due to its shape and decoration, reflecting the Empire taste for table and presentation objects in pierced porcelain.
