Small vintage footed bowl – worked glass & silver-plated metal

This small bowl combines a richly crafted transparent moulded glass, with relief patterns and a slightly scalloped edge, with a metal foot that has been patinated by time. The foot is attached to the bowl by a central bolt, visible underneath the piece. I particularly love the contrast between the transparency of the glass and the slightly patinated appearance of the metal, which gives it a lot of character without being overly precious. It will easily find its place on a console, a dressing table, a bedside table, or in a bathroom. One can imagine it as a catch-all, a jewellery dish, a small decorative bowl, or simply left empty to enjoy its play of light. It is offered in its vintage condition, with small marks and the patina associated with time, which are also part of its story. Dimensions: approximately 11 cm in diameter × 8.5 cm in height. Materials: worked moulded glass and silver-plated metal. Condition: beautiful vintage condition – details visible in the photos. Price: €24. 🌿 Carefully sourced by AB aménagement.
