Louis XV style double-sided mahogany and rosewood flat desk

Double flat desk in mahogany and amaranth veneer from the Louis XV period. Style featuring two scalloped boxes in a belt accommodating three drawers on the front. The moving crosspieces are supported by arched feet. The lines of the furniture are highlighted by bronzes with decorations of pearl row friezes, acanthus and double braces with leafy fleurons. Rococo pull handles, openwork exploded pomegranate falls and claw sabots in gilded bronzes. Top covered with leather with decorations of small gilded irons. Louis XV style period. Includes original key and leather inlay in good condition.
