George III curved buffet in cherry wood, late 18th century.

English furniture from the late 18th century. The semicircular sideboard is made of cherry wood. Origin: England. This piece of furniture has always been in the family. It belonged to my British grandparents. The sideboard features a large flat central drawer at the front, and a very deep drawer on the right side. On the left side, a small door opens to a space that was formerly reserved for the chamber pot. The furniture has seen some use. Its top is slightly damaged, and the central drawer tends to get a bit stuck when opening. The legs are perfect, as is the rest.
