6 vintage asparagus plates – Salins-les-Bains

6 asparagus plates in faience from the French manufacture of Salins-les-Bains, probably from the 60s/80s. Relief decoration of five asparagus spears with finely checked tips, arranged in the center of a compartmented plate, with two side spaces intended for sauces. Glossy glaze in shades of ivory, taupe gray, and smoked brown. The slightly wavy border is highlighted by a deep chocolate gradient. Stamped Salins Les Bains – Made in France, accompanied by the number 71. In beautiful vintage condition, shiny, without chips or micro scratches from use (see photos). Diameter: 23.5 cm. Bright ivory, smoked brown, and sculptural reliefs.
