“Flower” dish Robert Picault – 1950s

Medium rectangular ceramic platter by Robert Picault, decorated with stylized brown and green flowers on a white background. Emerald green and brown striped border, typical of his work in Vallauris in the 1950s and 1960s. A slight crack is visible (see photo) but in no way affects the solidity of the piece or its use. This platter retains all of its decorative charm and the freshness of Picault's iconic glazes. DIMENSIONS: LxW: 26x21cm.
