These Model 206 chairs, designed by Thomas Harlev for Farstrup Møbler in the 1960s and 1970s, embody the excellence of Danish design. Their beech and teak frames reveal remarkable cabinetmaking: a curved backrest that naturally hugs the back, a base with clean lines, and precise assembly characteristic of Danish manufacturing. Reupholstered in our workshop with a mottled fabric featuring white, black, and brown threads that create a warm, light gray hue. This new fabric upholstery respects the Scandinavian aesthetic while offering contemporary comfort. The blend of threads adds subtlety and depth to the overall effect. Frame in perfect condition, with the wood grain naturally weathered by time. Note that on two chairs, the backrests have a slight tilt that does not affect the strength or seating comfort—signs of use and a characteristic detail of these vintage pieces, visible in the photographs. Condition: Very good overall condition. Solid structure. Slight play on the two backrests with no functional impact. Dimensions: L 49 x D 46 x H 74 cm - Seat height 44 cm. Designer: Thomas Harlev for Farstrup Møbler. Sold as a set of 4 chairs.
