An object of extraordinary craftsmanship and material mastery, combining burr wood, brass, Italian cane, and finished at the corners with leather lacing—an outstanding expression of the finest Italian manufacturing of the period. It is presented in excellent condition, as shown in the photographs, with only minimal signs of age consistent with its time.
