Exceptional and complete antique board game in neoclassical style, of French origin from the first half of the 20th century. This spectacular game consists of two containers, one with a hinged lid and the other with a spoon, presented with a matching tray. The containers are created with circular supports of bulging body on raised legs shaped like lion heads. The edges are decorated with friezes of acanthus leaves and scalloped moulding, and one of the containers features a semi-spherical hinged lid operated by thumb via an upper hinge, with a notch for the spoon. It has two high-quality inner glasses made of blown cobalt blue glass, intact and perfectly fitted. It concludes with an oval tray with a corded edge and a finely chiseled and engraved base featuring floral motifs and neoclassical scrolls. It is in excellent condition. Dimensions: Tray 21 cm long and 9.5 cm wide. Container with handle 10 cm long, 7 cm wide, and 11 cm high with lid open. Container without handle: 7 cm in diameter and 4 cm high. Magnificent and exclusive collector's set. It will be sent in careful and secure packaging.
