Silver candle holder

Antique english silver-plated candlestick, metal candle holder. Metal candlestick. This silver-plated candlestick dates from the late 18th or early 19th century. I cannot prove this, however, no marks. It has a decorated rim to the base and a short handle. Geometric designs are engraved around the edges of the handle. The candle holder is attached to the base by a screw and bolt and is also decorated. It has a clip-on snuffer that fits into a bracket below the handle, typical of candlesticks of this period. The candlestick is unmarked. It has the typical early 19th century tray and candle holder, similar to bronze and silver candlesticks of the 18th and early 19th centuries. Very good vintage condition.
