Silky kayseri carpet (asia minor, turkey). Mid-xx. Mercerized cotton velvet on cotton foundation. Prayer rug. Golden pinkish beige field with mihrab, hanging oil lamp, stylized double columns. Two pale green spandrels with floral crowns. Triple border whose main old gold to decoration says el maleh (geometrically stylized apples). Soft velvet. Good general condition, a small restoration not visible, a red weaving stitch, all visible on the photos.
