Conical shaped rattan suspension

Charming suspension in braided natural fiber, rattan in the upper part, maybe another fiber for the rest (bamboo fiber?) with a beautiful flared shape of "chinese hat" and a golden honey color. The braiding forms pretty reliefs, alignments of small pyramids. It dates from the 60s or 70s and includes its electrification, probably original (electric cable, socket for bulb with large base, fixing hook and piton cover), probably functional (but not tested). The interesting detail compared to other similar suspensions is that there is no white plastic "cone" at the top of the hat, there is only the socket and it is under the hat! I cleaned it thoroughly (dusting with a toothbrush and vacuum cleaner, then leaching with a brush). It is in good general condition, almost no damaged strands, no stains but does not hide its age: a small repair not very visible on the ledge. This suspension measures 43 cm in diameter, about 20 cm in height, the electric wire is about twenty centimeters long. The whole weighs a little more than 300 g.
