Venetian cage lantern suspension in blown Murano glass, 1970s

Suspension cage lantern Venetian blown glass from Murano, 1970s. Height, including chain: 45 cm. Height of the lantern: 38 cm. Diameter of the lantern: 22 cm. The glass is champagne coloured. The metal is rust coloured. The lantern opens and there is a hole at the top for installing the electrical system and the bulb. The original rectangular ceiling cover is provided. In good condition, the glass has no defects apart from a few bubbles related to its manufacture. The metal shows signs of rust due to its use and age.
