Vintage chair Strafor Steelcase 421, mottled green

Superb vintage chair Strafor Steelcase 421 - chrome & green and white textured fabric. It dates from 1989 (original Strafor label under the seat). A classic piece of late 20th-century office furniture, both robust and comfortable, perfectly in tune with the times thanks to its sleek design. Its chrome steel structure gives it a light and graphic silhouette, typical of the modernist lines of the 70s and 80s. The sled base provides both stability and elegance, while offering a slight flex that is very pleasant to use. The seat and backrest are upholstered in their original anise green fabric, warm and textured. The slightly enveloping shape of the backrest ensures good support, while the wide seat (53 cm) makes it particularly comfortable, much more so than the majority of current chairs. The black plastic armrests contrast with the chrome and enhance its iconic vintage professional furniture look. The whole piece exudes a true presence, both functional and decorative. A beautiful office chair in very good used condition with no scratches or particular defects to mention. The chrome structure is not pitted. The chair is equipped with anti-slip pads.
