Rare pair of modernist wall lights designed by J.J.M. Hoogervorst for the Dutch publisher Anvia Almelo in the 1960s. These fixtures feature a very graphic sculptural composition combining white metal panels and black relief volumes, creating an elegant play of shadows and light. Their minimalist and architectural design is emblematic of post-war Dutch modernist design. The pair can be installed vertically as a wall composition or separately depending on the space. They have a very beautiful decorative presence in a contemporary, modernist, or vintage design interior. Lacquered black and white metal.
