Very large luminous terrestrial globe published between 1964 and 1970. It is stamped: “duplex luminous globe - hercule II - éditions stauffacher sa” Scale: 1/34000000th. Its plastic core rests on an aluminum base, chrome-plated steel meridian. It is lit from the inside by a bulb. Note its beautiful original switch. Very good condition, there is just the self-adhesive tape which joins the 2 half-spheres which has slightly yellowed (see photos). Total height 47 cm - globe diameter 38 cm - base diameter 25 cm - 1.2 kg.
