6 Verner Panton chairs

6 iconic chairs signed Verner Panton vitra edition from 2009. It is a classic of sculptural design with a wavy shape. Since the early 1950s, Panton dreamed of making a one-piece, stackable, cantilevered plastic chair. In 1956 he designed the S chair, which can be considered the predecessor of the Panton chair. He designs it as a piece of furniture whose back, seat and legs are made from the same material and in one piece. It was first produced in 1965. Finally, in 1999, Vitra used polypropylene to make the plastic Panton chair in different colors. Product which shows normal signs of wear due to age, see photos.
