Portieux set of 2 toy molded glass candle holders - bamboo torso torches

This charming set of two small candlesticks is made of molded pressed glass. They are a pair of small candlesticks, likely children's toys, and most certainly a creation of the Portieux Vallerysthal glass and opaline factories (common catalogs). These candlesticks are decorated with twisted ribs; the design is called "Twisted Bamboo." In good overall condition, I note some traces of the firing mold and a chip. Dimensions: 8.5 cm high x 5 cm in diameter.
