Set of 2 Egyptian-decorated candlesticks, Vallerysthal glassware, 1900

Set of two glass candlesticks, Egyptian decor, made by the Vallerysthal glassworks around 1900. Perfect for vintage decoration or collection. This lovely pair of candlesticks is made of pressed-molded glass from the PORTIEUX VALLERYSTHAL glassworks - their catalogs were common. These are Vallerysthal-signed candlesticks. This curious Egyptian model is decorated with hieroglyphs in bas-relief on the column. In good overall condition, these candlesticks measure approximately 21.5 cm high X 10 cm. I note molding defects: traces of the mold and bubbles in the glass, as well as small chips. There are remains of candles and wax.
