Biedermeier bench, 19th century, Austria

We are pleased to offer for sale an unusual biedermeier bench. It comes from austria and the time of construction is estimated at the beginning of the 19th century. It was made of walnut wood, with weaving in the seat and decorative elements in the backrest preserved in the original black colour. The bench is in very good condition, it was refreshed with polish and the viennese weave was replaced with a new one. Stiff and stable construction.
