Vintage Midcentury Modern Belgian Design Dining Table designed by Jean Batenburg for MI. Made in Belgium, 1969. MI is a little-known manufacturer, but their furniture showcases craftsmanship and quality. The table features a black-stained solid wood frame with four drawers. This versatile piece can be used as a dining table, comfortably seating 6 to 8 people, or as a desk thanks to its slender dimensions and practical drawers. The drawers are beautifully finished with a black velvet liner. The table is in good original condition, displaying normal wear consistent with its use and age, and has developed a pleasing patina.
