Elegant frosted glass box with a burgundy-colored saddle stitched leather top and a brass ring. Object of the house kirby beard and co paris dating from the 30s / 40s of beautiful quality and very chic. Kirby beard was an english store located at 5 rue auber near the opera house and specialized in everyday but high-quality objects. Object in good condition with some wear and tear of use, signed on the underside of the lid.
