Trompe-l'Oeil magazine rack in patinated cognac leather and canvas from the mid-1970s. It is a special and unusual object - something we have never seen before. A magnificent Trompe-l'Oeil magazine rack styled like a patinated cognac leather briefcase. It is a superb design that closely resembles a briefcase, although it is obviously not a briefcase but a magazine rack. The choice of materials is also very beautiful: high-quality cognac leather exterior that has developed a lovely patina over time, and a canvas interior. This piece is about fifty years old and shows signs of age and use, especially inside and on one of the leather straps as visible in the photos. Overall, it is still a beautiful item in good condition.
