Old oak entrance door with glass H209xL116cm 18th century multi-point lock

Large and solid old front door, Opening straight, Partially glazed at the top measuring 116cm wide by 209cm high, Featuring a panelled lower section. It is made of solid oak, painted and repainted through generations, and we present it today in a very soft light grey-blue. It is equipped with its brass olive handles, a high and low multi-point lock of good quality, which is why we decided to keep it, even though it is true that it contrasts with this door dating from the late 18th century, along with its original key and diamond-shaped wrought iron handle. There is also its strike plate. The joinery assembly is classic, with mortise and tenon joints and dowels. Imposing original wrought iron hinges. Restored water drip. The glass has some scratches. On the outside, there are remnants of old metal pieces intended to hold a shutter, which we deliberately left. In very good condition, with a few minor dents and defects in the paint documented in photos. Full of charm and authenticity, due to its dimensions and large glazed area. Weight: 61kg. 209cm high, 116cm wide, and 3.4cm thick overall, approximately 10cm deep in total. The dimensions indicated outside the description are for transport.
