LIMOGES MILK JUG MICHELAUD FRERES Exotic Bird Motif "Indiana"

Magnificent Limoges earthenware milk jug, Michelaud Frères, with an exotic bird motif, "Indiana, " very fine and refined. Gilded rim and gilding on the handle. Very good condition. No cracks or chips. The gilding on the rim is in good condition (slightly faded in places). Height: 11.8 cm at the spout; 11 cm at the lowest point. Diameter at the opening: 6 cm. Diameter at the most rounded point: 9 cm. The sugar bowl and the jug are listed elsewhere in my shop.
