Magnificent this golden bouillotte lamp in solid bronze in Empire style, with five lights. Its Bordeaux-coloured metal shade is adorned with a decoration of small painted golden leaves. The bright gold finish of its body adds depth to its decoration, where sculpted parts like the daisies, emblematic flowers of the Empire period, alternate with the polished and shiny parts of its base and body. Its base is particularly well-crafted as well. Elevated to catch the wax when real candles were still used, it is edged with a frieze delicately decorated with small leaves. Its polished, shiny interior narrows onto a worked element that serves as the base for the start of its central oval-shaped part.
