Articulated vintage floor lamp in pine – Scandinavian craftsmanship

Beautiful vintage reading floor lamp from the 1970s, made of natural varnished pine with a warm honey hue. Its design is distinguished by an ingenious mechanical adjustment entirely in wood: height adjustable via a slide on the post and an adjustable head. Particularly original, its large ball joint made of turned wood pieces, with a cross axis finished with two knobs, forms a mechanism that is both aesthetic and functional, quite unusual. The lamp stands on a wide circular wooden base ensuring good stability. It comes with its ecru fabric lampshade with a scalloped edge, diffusing a soft and warm light. Its aesthetic, organic shapes, and woodwork evoke Scandinavian or Northern European productions from the 1970s. An original vintage piece full of character, which will easily find its place in a seventies, Scandinavian, bohemian, or contemporary decor - Some signs of age and use including stains, scratches, discolouration, wear, dents, and other marks - {max height: 134cm - min height: 115cm - width: 30cm - depth: 46cm} - Delivery possible|Contact us.
