A Louis-Philippe chest of drawers, probably from the period, but in a size that is almost never found: 89 cm wide, whereas the standard model measures 125 to 130 cm. It has all the presence of an antique piece of furniture, without the bulk; it's the version that fits into an apartment. The veneer is magnificent: a burr (burr walnut?) with a wavy pattern that runs across the four drawers like a sheet of water, and which the low light makes ripple. The corners are chamfered, the base is moulded, and the lock entries are brass. The drawers, with oak bottoms, slide effortlessly. A key accompanies the piece. The top is made of wood painted in matte black.
