Modular desk and mid-century storage unit by Mojmír Požár, UP Závody, 1960s

Mid-century modern multifunctional modular furniture set designed by Mojmír Požár and manufactured by UP Závody in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s. This versatile composition includes a storage cabinet with sliding glass doors and drawers, combined with an extended desk module supported by black metal legs. The modular design allows for multiple configurations, suitable as a workspace, multimedia console, or storage buffet with an integrated desk. The clean lines and practical layout reflect the functional elegance of mid-century Central European design. The wooden structure is in good original condition with visible signs of age and use consistent with vintage furniture. The upper glass panels have been recently replaced. All drawers and doors operate perfectly.
