Desk by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, 1960s

This beautiful desk from the 1960s by Cees Braakman for Pastoe is ready to serve its function. Functional and beautifully executed in teak veneer, with a so-called 'floating' top. Where you often see a black edge on such desks, the edge under the top of this desk is originally finished in a less common, dark green colour. The desk has ample storage space with a cabinet, 4 drawers and 2 handy pull-out shelves. The edges of the drawers and shelves are elegantly slanted. It can also stand well in the middle of a room as the back is neatly finished. Functional on all sides! The desk is in very good condition with minimal signs of use. Original keys present. Dimensions: L 135 cm, H 77.5 cm, D 58.5 cm. Space between the cabinets: 48 cm.
