Vintage Wall Mirror, smoked glass, two-tone circa 1980s

Vintage two-tone glass mirror, dating from around the 1980s. This mirror features an oval/rectangular shape with rounded corners and consists of two distinct elements: a smoky grey tinted back mirror (see photos) topped with a smaller clear glass mirror, also with rounded corners. This piece fits the style of certain mirrors from the Italian brand Veca. The whole is in good original condition and shows a patina of time along with slight marks, signs of wear, and signs of age consistent with its years. There is a small mark or stain related to aging near one of the rounded corners (a mark embedded in the material, with no chips or cracks) as well as a few small signs of aging on the edges of the clear mirror (see photos). The mirror is sturdy, thick, and heavy. It has a solid mounting system on the back (see photos), allowing for both horizontal and vertical wall installation; it can also be used as a freestanding mirror, simply leaning against a wall, depending on your preferences or intended use. Note: the dimensions indicated below correspond to the mirror in a vertical position.
