Blue mirror attributed to Fontana Arte, 1970

Vintage oval mirror with bevelled glass on the long sides, and a frame made of smoked cobalt blue glass, attributed to Fontana Arte (made in Italy in the 1960s-1970s, space age). The back of the mirror is distinctive, grey-blue and "rough," possibly a protective paint. The mirror is of very good quality, and it can be hung horizontally or vertically and is in good condition despite the presence of small pitting on the edges (see photos), which have been deliberately highlighted in the images and are more or less noticeable depending on one's position relative to the mirror. Dimensions: 59 x 79 x 1 cm (without the support) Weight: 8 kg. Personally, I find the style of this mirror timeless, both modern and retro.
