Pair of Art Deco amboyna burl bedside tables circa 1920

Magnificent and very rare pair of art deco bedside tables around 1920. Probably Lyonnais work sold at the time in the shop "au bon goût" of the decorator e.martin at 31 rue tupin in Lyon (see photo of the label). In amboyna burl veneer, with a curved front, opening with 1 drawer in the belt and 2 niches, resting on a plinth. Ornamentation of grooved bronze rods. Beveled glass shelves on the top (we note 1 micro chip on the back of each without aesthetic impact, see photos). Height 60.5 cm, width 54.5 cm, depth 33 cm. In perfect condition with an impeccable French polish (we note just a micro chip on the edge of one of the shelves), these splendid and very high-quality bedside tables will find their place in a bedroom or in a living room at the end of a sofa... Absolute chic.
