Set of 4 brutalist T chairs by Olavi Hänninen.

Set of four brutalist chairs designed by Finnish designer Olavi Hänninen, made of stained solid wood. The thick seat is carved into a bowl shape; the backrest consists of a horizontal bar supported by a central T-shaped post. The squared legs, slightly splayed, are directly fitted into the seat. The wood shows cracks, knots, and the expected wear for this type of piece. The four chairs are of the same model. A sought-after example of Nordic brutalism from the 1960s-1970s, suitable for a kitchen table or a chalet-style dining room. Seat height: 44 cm Dimensions: Width: 40 cm Height: 81 cm Depth: 50 cm
