String shelf in black metal, 1950s-60s

String shelf from the 1950s/60s, with a gold-tone metal wire frame and a black lacquered sheet metal top. The shelves are adjustable. An iconic design combining simplicity, lightness, and style. It is in good condition, with only minor wear on the edges of the shelves (see photos).
